Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Voyager application operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voyager, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Voyager Passport Subscriptions

Voyager offers premium features through an auto-renewing subscription known as "Voyager Passport".

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. Use of AI Features

Voyager utilizes artificial intelligence to generate itineraries and suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, the itineraries generated are suggestions and should be independently verified. We are not liable for business closures, incorrect travel times, or unsatisfactory experiences resulting from generated itineraries.

4. User Content and Collaboration

Voyager allows you to share and collaborate on trips using Apple's CloudKit sharing infrastructure. You are responsible for the content you create and share. We reserve the right to revoke access to the sharing infrastructure if it is abused.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voyager, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
